|Found OSS123 by star hopping from eta and zeta UMa. Also checked with
SMP charts, not so far from alpha Dra and 10 Dra to the E. Difficult to
split with the Vixens, but can be done. Relatively high in the sky, I must
build that parallelogram mount for the binoculars to help with higher targets.
Averted vision helped with the splitting. No colour discernible. N component slightly brighter, so PA is about 150 degrees by comparison with the pointer stars in UMa nearby. Separation is 69" according to 33 list, so representing one of the narrowest ones I have split with the Vixens.
With the help of SMP charts, I can locate stars nearby in the field of view of mag 7.50 and 7.95, probably repesenting the limit.
