Binocular Doubles 

This is another projects of double stars, this time for binocular observers. The list comes from the famous Philip S. Harrrington book: Touring the Universe thorough Binoculars. As usually, don't hesitate to send your observations to our e-mail list: http://www.egroups.com/group/33-doubles Only precede the title of the message with the following word: Bino.

As oposed to the rest of our group's observing projects, this one is opened all year, since it covers all the sky in the Northern Sky (a lot of stars are also visible from South latitudes).

You can use any size of binoculars to observe these stars. With a pair of good 10x50 you'll probably be able to observe every double in this list, but there are plenty of material to be observed with 8x32 or even 8x24 instruments. Users of 20x60 or even 25x100 monsters will also find atractive targets here.
