This
is a real puzzle, Firstly
it is a triple with the AB pair described by Paul Couteau and assigned
COU 186
AB designation. Then he observed a third star to the west and gave it a
C
designation. Now the WDS assigns the Struve observation of a wide star to the east as the D component, BUT I canfind no star thru 14th mag to the east, maybe Struve made the old 180 out measure and the C star is actually his the WDS's D star. Anyway, measured; AB 2.92 sec at 256 deg PA, AC 21.73 sec at 297.2 deg PA |
