Although both the stars in this pair (aka 39 Bootis) were white, I liked this double very much because it is comparatively dazzling against some of the fainter Struves I've been viewing lately. The separation was delicate but definite at 86x. I tried a higher magnification but the view was not as appealing. | |||

A bright pair that
was easier,
but still closer than the listed separation. Primary a nice
yellow-white,
secondary cooler white. Measured,
2.8 sec at 045.6 deg PA.
