<Limiting magnitude>
Conditions: Clear with a little high haze, twilight. Moon, nice phase
to observe.

Telescope: 200mm f/6 Newtonian reflector
Mount: Vixen GP
Eyepieces: 30mm Ultima, 9mm Orthoscopic, 5mm Lanthanum.
Magnification: X40, X133, X240

9mm Or----------At this magnification I could see a white primary star with a very faint mote of a companion preceding. The companion was seen with difficulty but using averted vision showed it well though.  The faint stars in this project certainly teach one how to observe at the eyepiece.

Pretty easy and wide pair but very unbalanced and with a faint secondary star. Primary rather bright, white (at time with slight yellowish or bluish reflexes). Secondary noticeably fainter maybe yellow-orange. No rings. Extimated PA about 260 degrees. Interesting double right because it's so unbalanced.

Quite a bit of magnitude contrast. A blue white primary much brighter than the secondary which lies to the west. I can jujst barely but definately see this; it lies at the limit of magnitude for tonight’s conditions.
