The
nutcracker of the night, almost a two magnitude difference makes
this one hard. Used my camera in 2x mode to separate the pair. Primary
a yellow
and companion blue. Measured;
1.71 sec at 235 deg PA.![]() |

This is a colorful, if
somewhat faint, pair. I saw the stars as
yellowish and orange. I rated this double as a bit difficult to split
(it seems
like the worst seeing is about two arcseconds tonight but a bit better
in the
steadier moments). |

Only the
primary seen with the
refractor. I don't try to change the eyepiece because I'm afraid about loosing the field. All is really difficult with so much haze. Measurements : 229°6 / 1"83 ![]() |
