Observed through
transparent thin clouds. WDS has the secondary as
ll.5, but looks more like the 10.8 stated by S33. Primary whitish at
85x.
Primary has a G8 spectrum, highly suggestive of a yellow color.

Wide pair of
different magnitudes. The WDS lists the faint secondary as
a close pair of equally faint stars, 0.2 at 013 deg 1991 measure. I
found the
secondary distinctly elongated, but at a 090-270 PA about 0.5 sec, will
need a
night of fine seeing to re-observe this one. Primary measurement, 32.88 sec at
143.5 deg PA.![]() |
