Nice color
contrast and magnitude difference.The WDS lists a third
component, SLE 287, at mag 10.6. I think this is in error as the faint
mote was
just detected, maybe mag 13 at best. You will have to use a lot of
imagination
to see it in the image. Measurements;
AB 9.83 sec at 216.1 deg PA, AC 29.15 sec
at 067.9 deg PA.![]() |

Located at 7:45pm PST. No
companion seen with the 30mm Ultima but with the 9mm ortho I could just make out the secondary with direct vision at about the 8:30 position, (refractor with diagonal). |
