wide and easy in the 24mm. The secondary is just about the limit of my sky conditions tonight, and has a kind of ruddy, reddish color to my eye.

At 7:57pm I thought I could detect something where the companion should be. With the ortho I started being able to tease out the companion with mostly averted vision. Later I could keep it in view with direct vision. Still very faint.
