For some reason not easily found despite the chart showing a nice asterism
to use as a marker to the east of lambda pisces. My notes read... "not a
chance!"..and since I couldn't separate a 3" pair perhaps this is a correct
assessment of a 1.7" pair with a 1.5 mag. difference.

Well so far my assessment of this set of doubles is "challenging". They're
located constellation of stars dimmer than mag 4 in fairly sparcely
populated area of sky in terms of bright stars that at this time of year is
low off the horizon in the SE over the main bulk of my town. It's no wonder
a few nights back I couldn't see, not even a hint, of this constellation
through the Didcot murk ! The extra twist is that I'm sure Louis is testing
us with..or me in particular..are doubles right at the edge of my magnitude
range when I'm using my (now) favourite optical set-up. Having said that I'm
sure the S33 lists would be very boring of they were always composed of
bright stars.

Tight and dim making a fairly high DI of 88.33. I had to examine several possible candidates before I found the right one. No sign of duplicity at low power, suspected elongation at mid, and was able to split it at high power. Estimated PA at 270°

couldn't resolve; without a chart wasn't sure which was which.
