For
some reason not easily found despite the chart showing a nice asterism
to use as a marker to the east of lambda pisces. My notes read... "not a chance!"..and since I couldn't separate a 3" pair perhaps this is a correct assessment of a 1.7" pair with a 1.5 mag. difference. Well
so far my assessment of this set of doubles is "challenging". They're

Tight
and dim making a fairly high DI of 88.33. I had to examine several possible
candidates before I found the right one. No sign of duplicity at low power,
suspected elongation at mid, and was able to split it at high power. Estimated
PA at 270°
