No observable color Very dim double set in NW corner of rough kite shaped asterism made up of mag 11 stars. Three brighter stars make a triangle to East. The two brighter stars look as if they might be a double. Upon checking they are not listed in WDS.

A fairly dim pair, both
less than mag 9, but readily seen and split, even at low power. the bright
one appeared to be distinctly blue to me but the dimmer companion was too
faint for me to detect color.
I then spent a while cruising
open and globular clusters in Scorpio and Sagitarius, which I will report
on once I get them written up.
Since my observing site is
right next to the west side of my garage,
This is our hottest time

Took three images and could
see the double clearly in the center between a field of other stars. The
results are as follows:

The O-C residuales refers to the difference between the observed positions compared to the calculated positions.

Easy at 40x. Quite a field
with those 3 relatively bright stars in the W. I got the vague impression
that this double was also part of, or in front of a faint op. cluster,
or at least a greater concentration of 11 mag and fter. Stars. Ciel, with
the pm indicator lines, suggests that his may be the case.
