Comments:  Observed at 112x where split, but better view at 311x.  An 8m star is 7' W.  Not quite equal colors, but very close!

A pair of equal magnitude stars, almost mag 9. Pretty faint, I only got an elongation at low power,  just barely split at mid power anddefinately split at high power.

Busy and interesting field.  A mag 8 star to the East A dimmer star half way in between and a background of lesser stars.

TYC 2 confirmed my suspicions that the mag for both was a tad on the bright side, giving 8.7 for the 8.0, and 8.8 for the 8.1. Resolved at 120x.

Eyepieces:  30 mm ?, 16 mm Rini, 11.4 mm Rini, 7 mm and 4 mm celestron orthos, 5 mm University Optics ortho.
Magnification: 113x
