Star A is a spectroscopic binary.
Hipparchos/Tycho data show different distances for these stars; they may be an optical system.  The stars have different proper motions.

Viewed at 67x the pair is wide and bright. A is a bit yellowish. I will have to look for the C-companion another time, it was far out of reach with the given sky conditions.
Rating: 3

Star: Struve 2372 Aa-B
Date & Time: 21st, July, 2001. 21:00 – 23:05UT
Seeing: 7-8 <1-10 Seeing Scale (10 best)>
Transparency: 3-4 <0:worst -10:best >
Location of site: Quintueles, Gijón, Spain.  43º 32N, 5º 55W. Altitude: 20 m.
Site classification: Suburban
Sky darkness: 3.0 - 3.5 <Limiting magnitude>
Temperature: about 15º C
Conditions: A lot of haze and moisture. Seeing is rather good, but haze actuates like a light diffusor and that makes difficult observe stars fainter that 10
magnitude.
Humidity: about 90%
Telescope: Vixen 102 4" achromatic refractor
Eyepieces: 35, 10 and 5mm Baader-Planetarium Eudiascopics
Magnification: 100x
Harschaw Scale: 2-3 <From 1 to 5. 1 = Great, 5 = poor interest>
This double is a lot easier to split than the previous ones in the Lyra 33 list. The difference of magnitude is obvious and the main component appears as white or white-blue, while the secondary is observed with a pale yellowish tone. At 100x the split is clear and has a certain remember to Albireo.

Date & Time: 27.07.01. 2210 UT
Seeing: 7 <1-10 Seeing Scale (10 best)>.
Location of site: Near Halifax
West Yorkshire, England.
Site classification: Suburban
Sky darkness: 4.4 (U Mi) <Limiting magnitude>
Temperature: 22 C
Conditions: No cloud, Lt. Airs, balmy.
Telescope: Orion Optics UK GX250
10"  f4.8 Newtonian on Vixen GP mount.
Eyepieces: 20 mm Plossl, 25 mm Ortho.
Magnification: x60, x45
Easy split at x60, a white primary  with a pale blue companion in a pleasant field of faint stars. In fact the view was better at lower power- x45 was rather more interesting in every aspect

Philippe Dejocas
Star: Struve 2372 Aa-B
Date & Time: July 28 2001
Seeing: 6.5 <1-10 Seeing Scale (10 best)>
Location of site: Canada
Site classification: Suburban
Conditions: Clean skies and warm temperatures.
Sky darkness: 4.5 <Limiting magnitude>
Telescope: 6inch/f5 newt
Magnification: 40x

A *** with a pale yellow/white combo, all resolved, incl. the 11.4 cpn, at 40x. STF 2352, at 40x also, made me work. I got a visual of ~ 10" - WWN/W (survey says 16.7" - 286°, but that's 1929)

Tim Leese
Star: Struve 2372 Aa-B
Date & Time: 26-August-2001
( 21:45 UT )
Seeing: 6 <1-10 Seeing Scale (10 best)>
Location of site: Northwich, Cheshire. UK. (53° 15' N -2º 33' W).
Site classification: Suburban
Conditions: Nice and clear with drifting high cloud at times.
Sky darkness: ? <Limiting magnitude>
Telescope: 200mm f/6 Newtonian reflector.
Mounted over a Vixen GP mount (manual slow motion).
Eyepieces: 18mm Orthoscopic, CMG with X3.35 barlow.
Magnification: X67, X322.

Using an orthoscopic eyepiece at X67 I found a cream coloured star with a blue companion. A nice field of view with some faint stars nearby.

Using the CMG at X322 an average of three measures gave the distance of the companion to be 24.6 arcseconds in PA 82degrees.
