Star: Struve 3120

Seeing: 3 <1-10 Seeing Scale (10 best)>

Location of site: Annen, The Netherlands, 53N 6E
Site classification: Village backyard
Conditions: Almost Full Moon in Cancer
Temperature: 0°C
Sky darkness: 3.5 <Limiting magnitude>
Telescope: MK67 (150mm f/12 MCT)
Eyepieces
Magnification: 180x
When using 90x Struve 3120 is in the same FOV with Struve 1289, but Struve 3120 needs more power to be split.

At 180x, absolutely the most the current seeing allows, the split is still difficult. Only for short moments the orientation of the pair can be noted and never a clean split shows up.

Location of site: Blackrock, Co. Dublin, Ireland

This is a difficult faint double. At 312x, I could clearly see that there were two stars but could not achieve a clean split.

Amazingly, after bombing out on 1296, I got this one cleanly at low power.
