Though I tried everything I knew, and pushed the power to 355x, O.S. 145 resisted to the bitter end, and I never even saw a hint of its companion.

This is an easier star to locate as it is close in the field to a binocular or       finder double. Like the previous two, Gamma is the start of the star hop. 

Comment: This is a difficult star to split and I could not detect any difference in colour. X144 just managed a thin thread of darkness between this double
