M100 is called the showpiece of the Virgo cluster, actually in Coma, but who cares. Well, it sure is a showpiece in the Hubble pics, but in the backyard it is of low surface brightness and a difficult target. And speaking of difficult, the two listed companions are both small and faint, not worth wasting video tape on them, they barely showed on the tv and I think that visually they would not be worth the time.
