An easy split, approximate
PA of about 250°. Primary is white, but I can't tell much about the
seconday.
Ambience: quite quiet tonight, partly due, I am sure, to the low temperature. No outside parties. No gunfire to be heard. The dog and cat decided to remain inside. A few houses away, someone must have been building or repairing something, as the whir of an electric drill could be heard. |

Mag. 7.3/9.3; Sep. 12".
This star is easily spotted close to the previous Herschels. Another beautiful
field, with the White and Pinkish double centred under a dimmer crown of
five stars at medium power.
