Assuming I was looking at the right star, I was not able to split it tonight. Occasionally at high power I thought I could detect signs of elongation, but this may be wishful thinking.

Could not split with my 8 inch. Did not have trouble with .8 sec on
STF1126 so checked the WDS orbit catalog and found that the projected
separation is 0.38 sec at 50 deg in Feb 2002. So I suspect this one
will be difficult to get. Will have to haul out the Big gun if the
weather improves.
