Halfway between Theta Aql and Alpha Cap. Nice, easy, well split at 
32x and 54x, I'm not sure but the colours look yellow and bluish to

At 55x in the 4 inch, the primary seems blue-white and the secondary too faint to tell. The WDS lists the C at mag 12.5 and was only measured once in 1909, but these measures show no movement. Measurements: AB 18.77 sec at 41.1 deg PA, AC 39.45 sec at 79.7 deg PA, BC 27.39 sec at 105.4 deg PA.

Wide spread and easily split despite about 2 magnitudes difference. The primary appears blue and the secondary a dusky orange. In the low power FOV this points to a triangular asterism of mag 9 to 10 stars.
