Year of last measurement: 1998 Distance (light years): 178 Luminosity (in suns): 11 Eyepiece and magnification: 10mm, 207x Colors noted: Both W. It was split at 104x, but looked better at 207. Very nice pair (rated a 2), and in a bright and rich field. The large, loose open cluster NGC 752 lies about 1 degree ENE. |

Comment:
Easy to find - adjacent to the large Open Cluster NGC 752.
Cleanly split at 58x. No color noted. |

This turns out to be the heel of my :”hockey stick” asterism,
next to 56 And. Couldn’t split at either 32x or 48x, elongated at 72x,
and split at 120x. Too tight and faint to measure, however I estimated
the PA to be about 20 or 30d off of a north-south line.
